I have always wanted to start my own business, but opening a physical store can be costly and risky. This made me consider alternatives like farmers markets. I liked the idea of taking my shop to where customers live. In the summer of 2021, I launched my first market in Eagan, MN, which was exciting and rewarding. Since then, I've expanded to three markets in the Twin Cities Metro area. Each year, I've aimed to grow, learn, and improve my offerings for customers. We are currently building partnerships with Co-Ops and local grocery stores in Minneapolis and St. Paul to increase our reach and availability.

I have worked in the hospitality business my whole life, gaining extensive experience in various settings, including restaurants, hotels, schools, and catering operations. Additionally, I have traveled to Spain, France, and Italy to further my education in the intricate world of food and wine, immersing myself in their rich culinary traditions. After diligently working my way up to the Chef position in several respected restaurants around St. Paul, the unexpected arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic fundamentally changed things for me and my career.
